As for preventative measures that we can consider for poaching and deforestation, we should discover alternative methods or eliminate these acts that mainly target wild animals. To prevent poaching, humans should stop killing animals because of their rarity. The only thing that people are gaining from poaching animals is money and endangering another species everytime. Instead of poaching wild animals, people should seek job opportunities and not commit an illegal crime.
Deforestation on the other hand, can be prevented by not cutting down trees and destroying the habitats of several plants and wild animals. By starting to go paperless, planting more trees and continuing to recycle, these are preventative actions that we can take to start eliminating the act of deforestation. Technology is advancing and we are slowly but surely going to become a paperless society and will not have to rely on cutting down trees and taking away the habitats of animals that share this planet with us.
